Director of Operations
With more than 30 years of practical experience in business and industry—25 of them with PCA—Mark Raspotnik has been involved with the company since its earliest days. Raspotnik helped develop PCA’s Work Management Model and Asset Reliability Model, and he wrote the PCA Maintenance Planner Training Program that is a core component of the PCA implementation process.
In his role as Director of Operations, one of his core responsibilities is oversight of PCA’s best practices playbook and its implementation during PCA client engagements. “The name of our game is sustainability—we teach client implementation teams to share best practices rather than do the work for them. They make the presentations, handle the training, and do the coaching. They become the SMEs – the go-to person. In essence, we are the coaches of the coaches.”
Vice President of Corporate Development
Will Goetz, Vice President of Corporate Development, oversees the company’s marketing efforts and works with the executive team to plan and implement strategy. He brings to the role deep operational expertise, extensive market knowledge and strong quantitative analytical skills.
Previously Goetz was Vice President of Business Development at Emerson Automation Solutions, where he led the development of a digital transformation consulting practice focused on process manufacturing (Life Sciences, Food & Beverage and Specialty Chemicals). Before his stint at Emerson, Goetz served as Chief Marketing Officer of Management Resources Group (MRG). In that capacity, he created the company’s go-to-market strategy relative to enterprise-level consulting and promoted compelling value propositions for asset reliability.
PCA Maintenance and Reliability Management Consultant
SMRP – Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals
As a consultant to PCA’s clients, Dan engages client teams in an array of efforts, from program assessments to training technicians and operators how to inspect equipment so it is less vulnerable to breakdown. “It’s not just about giving people the knowhow. I help client teams understand the ‘Why’ for reliability activities and TPM (total productive maintenance; regular cleaning, inspection and maintenance). That’s really important to keep facilities running at peak performance.”
