People are the Main Ingredient for Success

Thanksgiving Ingredients

By Dick DeFazio, President & CEO

As PCA enters its forty-seventh year, I would like to take a moment and share how lucky I feel to have worked with so many great people. I first met many of my current clients decades ago, when PCA was young, and they were just starting out in their own careers. These friendships have kept the business fun for me over the years.

I know that our people have always made the difference for our customers. Here’s a big Thank You to our team! PCA has always attracted really talented people and I have always been proud that they consider PCA a great place to work. I think we are especially good at putting the right people into engagements where their skills and experience are instrumental in our clients’ success. Our associates get a lot of satisfaction out of seeing their clients improve.

Last year we wrote a blog about the secret to making a company succeed for 45 years. Providing this kind of work environment is definitely one of the key ingredients. After all, consulting is fundamentally a people business.

I would like to kick off our forty-seventh year by reaffirming PCA’s commitment to the mutual success of our clients and associates. We will continue to seek out and engage great people and enable them in ways that best serve our clients.
